Second Anal Probe Raises Stink In New Mexico

We first summarized here how a man endured a 14-hour long anal-probing ordeal by order of law-enforcement after being stopped for a minor traffic infraction. As if that story weren't horrid enough, it turns out there is more to the story. Another case of a man being forced, against his will, to be subject of a similar search after failing to use his directional signal.

Further investigation by KOB4 Eyewitness News has uncovered that the same police K-9 unit had apparently signaled a false alert in both instances. The fact that the dog is not certified to be a drug-sniffing dog in the first place, could explain why.

Cases like these, while shocking, are hardly isolated incidents either. We, as a society, must draw a line at some point to say enough is enough, and demand some accountability from police officers in particular and from our justice system as a whole.

While these officers may be on the hot-seat at the moment, it is unlikely that they will face any penalty equal to the ordeal they have forced these citizens to endure. Moreover, it is unlikely that any substantive policy changes will come of it, which might prevent similar incidents from happening again in the future, anywhere in our nation.

Incidents like these are not exceptions to the rule, they are the rule... of law in police-state Amerika.

The Hope Steffey Case

Although it was against the department's own policy to allow male guards to participate in the strip-search of a female in custody, no indictment of criminal wrongdoing was ever brought against the officers involved. The deputies kept their jobs as well, on the grounds that what you saw there was not actually a "strip-search" but rather a suicide prevention measure. The civil lawsuit was settled for an undisclosed amount.

The following is an excerpt from the Wiki page on the Stark County Sheriff:

During the Steffey case, it was discovered that 128 women had experienced strip search, naked isolation or related treatment between 1999 and 2007. Privacy concerns prevented the identification of these women which led Steffey's lawyers to use the billboard to encourage other women to come forward.[11] Following the bill board and media reporting on the incident, five women, including Valentina Dyshko, came forward to report similar experiences with Stark County Sheriff's personnel[12] including "Elizabeth" (a pseudonym) who was herself employed in a medium security jail. She reported being accused of suicidal behavior and strip-searched after being arrested for defending herself against inappropriate touching by a sheriff deputy during a traffic stop following a lane change without signaling. The sheriff had accused her of failing a breath test when her asthma prevented her from blowing sufficiently strongly during said breath test

Voting in America

This is a repost that I have made several times, but it is as poignant as ever on yet another pointless voting day.

This first video came out at the end of last week. Now of course, the implications are a bit disturbing. But I couldn't help but laugh at how utterly stupid this young girl is. I weep for our future.

Some people have blamed Republicans for carrying out a deliberate campaign of voter fraud, but I think this is clearly a case of just how completely retarded young Americans have become. When it comes to real election fraud, the political overlords don't waste their time with the piss-ants on the street, as you will see below.

The truth is though, as scary as that bit was, there are much more sinister plots afoot when it comes to selecting our leaders.

Those of us who are old enough to remember will certainly recall the muddled and confused results in Florida, when it was decided there that George "Dubya" Bush would become the next President of the United States in 2000. Some folks still contend that Al Gore actually won the election. Whatever the actual count turned out to be down there, the Supreme Court finally stepped in to crown Dubya the new POTUS.

As the years have clicked by and technology advances, it has only become more easy to manipulate an election, and to cover up the fraud.
Rep. Tom Feeney (Fmr. Speaker of The House in Florida) employed this man from Oviedo, FL to rig elections and flip them 51% to 49%. Exit polling data was proven to be significantly different than the published results. Rep. Feeney was also the lobbyist for Yang Enterprises, the company who delivered the program.

So does it come down to a technology war between Republicans and Democrats? Hardly. The fraud is being perpetrated against you, the people, the voter, not in the battle between one politician and another. They already know who the winner is going to be, just like in a WWE wrestling match. Or at least the true power-brokers know who the winner will be, even if the contestants themselves don't. The whole idea here is to give the American public the illusion of choice. And doing that, is really no easy task when you have hundreds of millions of voters and a whole apparatus of well-meaning citizens participating in the voting process trying to make it as accurate as possible. The illusion of democracy must be complete in order to maintain control.

Nevertheless, we see not only that the technology is available, but that is is being used to alter the outcomes of elections. Especially in "close" contests where they make the average citizen really feel like their vote was so much more important than they ever realized. In reality, our leaders are not E-lected, they are SE-lected, by power-brokers operating behind closed door, in secret meetings, like those of the so-called Bilderberg group.

That mysterious cabal of the power-elite has met every year since 1954, almost never in the same place twice, and usually only once every four years in North America. That pattern was broken when they met for the second time at a Marriott hotel in Chantilly, Virginia, with just a year in between a meeting held in Canada. Coincidentally enough, they met at the same hotel again this year, another election year, just outside of Washington DC.

In the run-up to the 2008 Presidential elections, Hillary Clinton was running neck-and-neck with Barack Obama for the Democratic nomination, when the two of them suddenly disappeared from public view and dumped the press in order to hold a secret meeting. Some believed that they might have met at her house in Washington, but that was later proven false. Although their whereabouts were never proven, or admitted to, it is widely believed that the two met in secret with the Bilderberg group, and many also believe that it was decided at that meeting that Barack Obama would become the next President of the United States.

Brokeback Traffic Stop as Man Gets Rectal Reaming Over How He Stood

After shopping at a Wal-Mart store, David Eckert failed to make a complete stop at a stop-sign before he pulled into traffic to leave the plaza. He was stopped by police for the infraction.

The officer asked Eckert to step out of the vehicle. At that point, law-enforcement claim they observed that Eckert appeared to be "clenching his buttocks" and that such an observation was grounds for a search for drugs. They also claim then that a drug-sniffing K-9 alerted to the scent of drugs on the car seat. This all became grounds for a judge to sign a warrant, ordering a search of the man's anal cavity.

Police brought their suspect to a medical facility where doctors refused to perform the task, on ethical grounds.

Police then brought their suspect to another facility, in another county, where the search warrant was not valid. That medical facility proceeded with the anal-probing however, over the continued objections of Mr. Eckert.

This is how they performed the search, according to KOB Eyewitness News 4 :

1. Eckert's abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.

2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

4. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.

5. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.

6. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.

7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.

8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert's anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.

The Chief of police would not comment on the case, and referred reporters to an attorney. When asked what assurances he could give that people would not be abused or violated by his police officers, the Chief replied simply:

"We follow the law in every aspect and we follow policies and protocols that we have in place." -Chief Brandon Gigante

When reporters tried to get a statement from the medical center that performed the procedures, they did not bother to defend their actions, but simply replied "no comment."

They did however, send Mr. Eckert a bill, and are now threatening to sue him if he does not pay it.

"If the officers in Hidalgo County and the City of Deming are seeking warrants for anal cavity searches based on how they're standing and the warrant allows doctors at the Gila Hospital of Horrors to go in and do enemas and colonoscopies without consent, then anyone can be seized and that's why the public needs to know about this." -Shannon Kennedy, Attorney
